World Energy Solutions Open RFP and Call for Buyers for New Jersey Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) Auction.

Buyers interested in NJ SRECs asked to respond by Wednesday, January 30, 2008.

MMA Sussex Power, LLC (MMA) is hereby requesting bids from New Jersey Electric Suppliers, Energy Brokers and other interested parties (collectively, “Bidders”) for the purchase of Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC’s). Anticipated SREC production is 215 SREC’s per year.  MMA is looking for pricing for 5, 8, 10, 12 and 15 year terms.

Responses to this RFP shall only be accepted via a web-based forward auction (the “Auction”).  The Auctions will take place on February 7, 2008 and will be run through the World Green Exchange.

• Tuesday, February 12, 2008 – Bidder demonstration - self directed, participation is mandatory ( 2:00PM ET)
• Wednesday, February 13, 2008 – Last day for questions (1:00PM ET)
• Wednesday, February 13, 2008 – Confirmation of Bidder Access (or denial to Auction) ( 5:00PM ET)
• Thursday, February 14, 2008 – Auction Begins (10:30AM ET)
