Request for Proposal (Offers) to Sell Nationally Sourced Green-e Renewable Energy Certificates to Indianapolis Power & Light Company
Sellers with Green-e certified RECs for reporting years 2008 and/or 2009 are asked to respond by January 30, 2008.

Please see the documents attached below for the full RFP. RECs can be sourced nationally throughout the U.S. for each RFP. The Buyer will purchase up to 40,000 RECs for each year for the two Green-e reporting years 2008 and 2009. A reporting year is defined as the 21 month window spanning the second half of the previous year, the 12 months of the nominal year, and the first quarter of the following year.
