World Energy Management Team

Breadth of Experience, Depth of Expertise
World Energy’s management team brings together talented executives with strong backgrounds in the energy and finance markets. As a part of going public, we brought on board a number of experienced executives to lead the company’s growth, including a new CFO, senior vice presidents of Sales and Corporate Marketing and of Environmental Markets, and a VP of Human Resources, as well as in-house legal counsel. This diverse talent base not only assures the quality, reliability, and viability of World Energy’s online exchange model, but also inspires confidence in the energy buyers and market intermediaries who count on World Energy for the advice and direction they need to achieve their goals.

Richard M. Domaleski, Chief Executive Officer
Rich is the founder of World Energy and has been the driving force behind the company’s vision and sales execution. Recognizing the deregulation of retail energy as a watershed moment in the economy, he was one of the first to develop a solution to exploit this new opportunity. In 1996, Rich co-founded World Energy's predecessor, Oceanside Energy, which became one of the first aggregators to be granted a FERC tariff. Since that time, he has brought together the speed and accessibility of the Internet with a powerful transaction model to create the World Energy Exchange and World Green Exchange, successfully guiding World Energy to a leadership position in the industry.
